Our range of UV Flexo presses (see list under the “Press” header) allow us to do the following :
- Printing up to 8 colours in one pass.
- Rotary silk screen printing / highbuild varnish inline.
- Overall and spot UV varnish inline.
- Laminating inline.
- Cold foiling inline.
- Hot foiling and embossing, both in-line and offline.
- Hot foiling 4 colours
- Debossing and embossing
- Die-cutting and perforating inline.
- Overprinting of variable information (in register) on pre-printed stock.
This facility allows you to reap the price benefits of printing longer runs, yet retain the flexibility of individualising several variants within one range.

Although most clients prefer to provide artwork created by external designers, we can assist with creative design, if required. We also have extensive marketing knowledge to ensure that your label will effectively sell your product.
Before going to print, the artwork is checked to ensure correct layout, content and colours.
From the supply of artwork on disc or by email, this department takes care of all the necessary steps to deliver high-quality labels in the shortest possible time.
Last year, these prepress capabilities were further enhanced by the installation of a Cron HDI-900S platesetter.

We boast a range of top quality printing equipment to address all requirements and challenges presented by the wine, spirit, beverage, retail, dairy, olive oil and general foods industries.
- 1 X 6 Colour Mark Andy P5 UV Flexo press, 250 mm wide, with laminating, UV varnish and two die-cut stations, all inline.
- 1 X 8 Colour Mark Andy 2200 XL UV Flexo press, 250 mm wide, with cold foil, hot foil, rotary screen printing, laminating, UV varnish, turner bars and two die-cut stations, all inline.
- 1 X 8 Colour Mark Andy Scout UV Flexo press, 250 mm wide, with cold foil, laminating, UV varnish and two die-cut stations, all inline.
- 1 X Rotocontrol EDM200 semi-rotary, servo-driven UV Flexo overprinter.
- 1 X Offline, in register, hot foil and embossing machine.
- 1 X Mark Andy 830 water-based flexo press.
- 1 X Flexo die-cutter.
And now, adding to this imposing armoury of leading-edge presses and ancillary equipment, Label Leaders has taken yet another brave investment decision – this time in a Rotocon Ecoline RDF-330, specifically for enhancing the company’s capacity for embossing and offline hot foiling.

All conventional, commercially-used self-adhesive paper stock, including but not limited to:
- Cast-coated
- Semi-gloss
- Polypropylene in clear, white and metallic formats.
- Polyethylene in clear and white formats.
- Metallised paper.
- Uncoated specialty wine label papers, including our Icy White uncoated with superb ice-bucket performance.
- Although most of the substrates used by us, are supported by glassine backing paper, we are in the process of introducing more stocks with PET and PP backing material.
- Contact us regarding new developments on environmentally friendly paper.

We ensure that all printed labels are perfectly spaced, slit and rewound on rolls to meet the client’s specifications and ready to be fed into automated, mechanical applicators. The following machines are used for this purpose:
- 2 X Rotoflex VSI rewinding, slitting and inspection units, 250 mm wide.
- 2 X Rotoflex VSI rewinding, slitting and inspection units, 330 mm wide.
- 2 X table-top rewinders.
Our new upgraded rewinding room is also were top quality control is done on all Labels.
DISPATCH
DISPATCH
- Before dispatch, all our labels are securely packed to prevent damage during transport and each box / parcel marked for easy identification.
- The final product is couriered to your door by a number of reliable courier companies, contracted by Label Leaders.
